It looks like it is going to be a beautiful weekend here in Santa Rosa Beach. If you are coming down for Labor Day we are ready and waiting to take care of your needs. The golf course is in great shape and the Beach Club Restaurnat is open for you all weekend, lunch and dinner on Friday, lunch and dinner on Saturday, Sunday Brunch and lunch on the Terrace on Monday. Our new menus have been very popular so if you are donw this way come by and check out Chuk and JJ’s cooking.
With the season over for 2010 and only Labor day to come we are moving in to some of the best weather of the year here in Northwest Florida. Fortunately our beaches are clean and white and just waiting for new visitors and our residents to return. There is not a beeter view of the Gulf from a restaurant than from the Santa Rosa Beach Club. Lunch is a great time to watch the Dolphons at play either from the air conditioned comfort of the dining room or West Wing (honestly there really isn’t a bad table). Wednesday is happy hour from 5 till 8pm, Thursday night is $5 Martini Night with Bobby Van Deusen on the keyboards and Friday starting in September will be Tapas Night, with a special Tapas menu made to order in the dining room.

Although we are all a little nervous, thanks to all that oil floating around in the Gulf, I thought I should get on here and say, it is a truly beautiful day and the sand is still very white and the Gulf in front of the Club is still very much emerald green. And we have absolutely the very best spot on this coast to have lunch or dinner overlooking all of the Gulf’s beauty! We have a new dinner menu that everyone is raving about and we will have a brand new lunch menu next week. The House Committee reviewed both menus yesterday and are very excited about both of them. Don’t forget we have our new salad bar every day at lunch which includes a hot and cold soup plus a terrific collection of salad fixings. You can’t go wrong at $9.95.
Dining inside or out we have the best views and delicious food! So come on down and enjoy the Beach Club Restaurant

Happy February 2nd to all of our Club members and friends! Just like Punxsutawney Phil (the most famous groundhog) did this morning in Pennsylvania, our own furry friend Santa saw her shadow, forecasting 6 more weeks of winter. Despite this cold weather prediction, the weather at the beach is warming up and the day is looking beautiful! With temperatures expected to reach the 60s, it looks like another great day in paradise!
