What is the price of a membership? Are memberships available?
Memberships are currently available in the Equity, Social and Junior categories. Current prices are offered for a limited time as space is available.
The Equity initiation fee is a one-time fee of $6,000, the Social initiation fee is a one-time fee of $4,000 $2,000, and the Junior initiation fee is a one-time fee of $500. All initiation fees are due when turning in a completed application.
What are the monthly dues?
Equity dues are $310 per month plus tax. Social dues are $95 per month plus tax. Junior dues are $187 per month plus tax.
Is there a food and beverage minimum spend?
Yes, $300 per year. Every Member must meet the annual $300 minimum for food and beverage purchases. Any remaining amount unspent at the end of the year will be billed to the Member account. New Members will be responsible for a prorated amount, determined by the month membership began.
What are the guest privileges?
Guest passes are required for all unaccompanied Club visitors wishing to use Members Only areas, such as the pool deck and private beach, utilize Member rates at the golf course, or receive Member discounts at the Beach Club Restaurant or Mulligan's Grille. Members are limited to 15 guest passes per year, and one person may only be a guest 7 times in one year. Passes are valid for 2 weeks maximum and can be picked up at the Pro Shop or Admin Office. To request a guest pass, simply call or visit the office and provide guest names and dates of visit. 850.267.1240. Members may not provide guest passes for non-family renters. Can an Equity membership be transferred or sold?
An Equity membership may be given to a member's child or grandchild, or may be bequeathed, provided that membership meets requirements set forth in the Club bylaws. The Equity membership can also be sold back to the Club in accordance with club bylaws.
