Frequently Asked Questions
What is the price of a membership? Are memberships available?
The Equity purchase price is currently $17,500. Social Memberships can be purchased for
$4,000.
$2,000 for a limited time while spaces are available.

At this time, Equity and Social memberships are available. Earnest money down is not required. You may fill out an application at the office . If you decide to join Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club, the membership fee is due at that time.

What are the monthly dues?
Equity dues are $215.00, plus 7% sales tax per month. Equity dues for persons 75 years of age or older are $190.00, plus 7% sales tax. Social dues are $ 79.00, plus 7% sales tax per month.

Is there a food and beverage minimum spend?
$300.00 per year; reconciled in December.

What are the guest privileges?
Individual guests, other than immediate family of a member, are limited to use of golf and beach facilities to (7) times in a calendar year. Immediate families of a member may use golf and beach facilities up to (15) fifteen times in a calendar year. Members may sponsor up to four (4) guests for Social events and parties that require reservations at the Beach Club. All charges relating to guests must be charged to the members' account.

Can an Equity membership be transferred or sold?
An Equity membership may be given to a member's child or grandchild, or may be bequeathed, provided that membership meets requirements set forth in the Club bylaws. The Equity membership can also be sold back to the Club in accordance with club bylaws.
